Goody bag sponsors are still needed as well as volunteers to collect items for the bags. So far, Oil Can Henry’s & Napa are the major sponsors with one more still needed. Johnny’s Automotive will provide the dash plaques.  Flyers about the show are available for distribution from Prez Steve & available at his office on West 4th.  A limited number of color posters have been printed for display in windows of local businesses or other beneficial locations.  The City of The Dalles will provide the pre-Friday night cruise labor necessary at no charge.  As many members as possible will be necessary to stand watch at various intersections & locations to be sure only registered cars, or those who pay a $5.00 fee, are in the closed cruise which runs from 7-9 PM.  MCCC members, who want to display their cars during the CTG show at no charge, must register by July 16.  If not pre-registered, there will be a $5.00 fee to display Club cars in the “Club Circle”.  The regular entry fee is necessary if a Club member wants to have their vehicle judged in the CTG show.   A motion was made to reimburse Nancy Stroh, in the amount of $100.00, for materials used in the making of a quilt that will be raffled during the CTG show. The motion was seconded & approved.  A big thank you, Nancy!  The sale of 2013 tee shirts & sweatshirts began tonight  with more thanks, to the Kiser’s (sales masters) & the Coles, for their trip to Joseph to collect them from the shop there.  OLD BUSINESS:  Nothing noted.  NEW BUSINESS:  John Kiser raised the question whether the Club would like to order caps with logos, to sell.  A motion was made, seconded & approved to spend approximately $500.00 on the acquisition of hats for that purpose. John would like to have 3 or 4 Club members help decide on a design for the caps. Respectfully Submitted,
